- The aspiring candidate visits the www.mkcl.ws/agri and download the information brochure. Detailed information such as eligibility criteria, legal and social reservations, admission quota and admission schedule, Admission Process in various Stages, information of colleges with degree details is printed in the information brochure
- Candidate reads the information brochure carefully.
- Open category candidates draws a DD of Rs. 600 from any nationalized bank in favour of “MKCL” and payable at pune and reserved category candidate having non creamy layer certificate draws a DD of Rs. 300 from any nationalized bank in favour of “MKCL” and payable at pune.
- At the time of applying online candidate should have DD and educational documents with him/her.
- Candidate fills the “online application” on www.mkcl.ws/agri and note down his/her login details for future reference.
- The candidate can give his/her college preferences along with application form online.
- Candidate takes print out of online filled application form from internet.
- Candidate arranges all the required documents and attaches required documents to the form as per list of documents printed on the application form.
- Candidate affixes his/her signature on the form and pastes his/her passport size photograph on the application form.
- The candidate sends the duly filled in, signed form with photograph pasted on it, along with attached required documents and application fee DD by post or in person at “MKCL, 412/D, Bahirat Patil chowk, Gokhale Road, Shivajinagar, Pune - 16.
- Candidate can fill online application form till 25th June 2009 and make sure that printed copy of application form along with required document and DD reaches to MKCL before 30th June 2009.
- The scrutiny of application form shall be carried out at MKCL office.

Purpose :
Digging of new wells, revitalization of existing well, purchase of oil engine, electric motor, pump set installation of pipe line, sprinkler, irrigation, drip irrigation, tube well, bore well, etc.
Eligibility : Agriculturist who owns agricultural land.
Amount : For new dug wells as per the NABARD Unit costs for equipments/estimates.
Repayment : Depending upon the repaying capacity 7 to 11 years.
Security : Mortgage of land, Hypothecation of movable assets and guarantors.
Other Terms & Conditions :
Proposed well should be located in white watershed area. It should not be in dark watershed area.
